8 Washington is about creating a new residential housing development, health club facility, and public park.

I found this image to be a little too simplistic. I feel like the plan could stand out more than it currently does.
Park plan.
Since there are little to no labels in this image, I found it difficult to read and understand exactly what is happening in the park. On the other hand, I found the pastel colors that were used to be very calming and welcoming, which could be the feeling that PWP is trying to emulate in this plan.

I really enjoy this section because of the images underneath the drawing. The images allow for a complete understanding of what is happening in the space through color and texture.
Perspective of park and street interaction.
PWP did a great job with this photomontage. It looks so close to realistic that it really feels like the plan has already been implemented and is successful.
